Vroni Fischer is a yoga teacher certified in various yoga styles with her own yoga studio in Toblach (South Tyrol). In addition to regular courses and workshops, she also leads yoga retreats and seminars. For Vroni, yoga is all about "being me"; accepting what is; gratitude; practicing loving self-care and allowing body, mind and soul to become one. Yoga allows Vroni to feel the connection to her inner self, to be free - with all its sunny and dark sides.
You start the day with an invigorating yoga practice and let the energizing surroundings take effect on you. The "Spiagga Verde" or also “Green Beach” hut with its breathtaking view of the Dolomite rocks, the mystically beautiful surroundings and the calming sound of the water offers the ideal place to harmonize body, mind and soul. Afterwards, a delicious brekfast with fresh, local produce awaits you in a relaxed atmosphere.
